Leshay Pratt joins Inspired Money with a clear purpose: he believes financial advice can genuinely transform a family’s life. Growing up, he saw how financial stress affects wellbeing, and it shaped his passion for making advice accessible to families like his own. His belief that great advice can move people from worry to clarity is what led him to Inspired Money.
Leshay brings a mindset grounded in integrity, curiosity, and genuine care. He sees client experience as meaningful moments that make people feel valued — through thoughtful hospitality, proactive communication, and interactions that leave clients more confident than before. His calm presence under pressure, shaped by previous work with children, reflects the patience and composure he brings to the team.
While studying Finance and Financial Planning at Curtin University, he’s building strong foundations for his long-term goal of becoming a financial adviser. As a Client Experience Officer in training, he’s learning how a great advice practice operates and what deep client relationships require. Over time, he aims to complete his degree, step into an Associate role, and grow into an adviser clients truly trust.
Outside of work, Leshay stays active through basketball, weight training, and bouldering — a sport that’s taught him resilience through constant trial and error. He also studies Japanese, enjoying the challenge and the chance to connect across cultures.
